Bottle rocket, you get into it with 1 hand. Look up the tut on YouTube, I think it’s a g squared tut

Shawn Fumo’s Wrist Mount Project is fairly old but still a good resource for wrist mount ideas. The video is ~35 minutes long, so it might take a while to go through, but there is some good stuff in it.
