So I’ve been trying to design a yoyo and I wanted something completely unique. I’ve just been doing designs, and now I have something with a thick rim that is attached to a plate that that holds the bearing seat via a latticework of rods. I was also thinking of using 7075 to make the rim weight grow even more. I will hopefully be able to post my design pics soon. I’m calling it the Imminent because of all the doubters. But anyone know decent machine shops in Ontario that could do this at a reasonable price?
You have to call every machine shop in Ontario. Only one or two will probably be willing to try it, since yoyos are unfamiliar territory.
