try a dv888. their 50 bucks, below ur budget 
But the Trinity is really good too. or the protege or boss. The boss is really nice because you can hold it even though it doesn’t have hubstacks. the spyys are good for that too.
I think he wants hubstacks.
I like my g5+ and yuuksta, which look a lot like superstar and genesis.
Haven’t tried superstar or genesis, so I can’t back them.
My B-grade Kyo DNS is probably my smoothest yoyo (out of those three), but it isn’t stacked.
It’s also much cheaper.
