My bearing shield will not come off! No matter how many bearings I try to deshield none of the sheilds come off! Maybe I could do it if all the tutorials weren’t absolute crap! Someone help I cannot deshield my bearings! Any of them!

You have to get a a needle.
Follow these instructions:
I just deshielded one today.
so it is not impossible.
