yes, Basically, The Bearing may however be a little tougher than to be able to just use some pliers to remove though, Pliers will just cause the plastic part to pop off.(Also due to the O-ring.) Then you try pliers on the bearing after removing the O-Ring.
Also this advice is dependent on the model of yoyo, most of the newer yoyos bye yoyofactory don’t seem to have this problem of tight bearing seats. Because some of bearing seats are very tight you may have to use the Freezer and string technique if you know what that is.
