How do I contact Atmos Yoyos? My Fuji order has had no updates in the Singpost tracking for 12 days so I am concerned that I will never receive the yoyo.
@rnsy Rueben is pretty responsive right here on the forum and/IG.
Instagram worked for me a while back!
I highly recommend contacting them via Instagram or email. Reuben might not respond quickly, but your message won’t be ignored.
From my experience, updates from Singpost can take up to two weeks (especially when the package is moving between countries or is in customs), and this is generally normal for their postal service. My long-suffering Fuji was shipped from Atmos twice because the package was returned to them due to tariffs. I essentially waited several months, but it was worth it.
But not long ago, Atmos changed some of its delivery methods, making them much more convenient and faster. There’s no need to worry; Atmos takes care of such things, so everything will be fine!
This.
In my experience shipping from them can take a while, but it always arrives. Atmos is also a solid company and I imagine if anything did happen, they’d do everything in their power to make it right. I’ve done numerous transactions with them and never had a less than stellar experience.
I preordered a throw 3 months ago. Showed up two weeks ago. Just got an email today it’s been shipped. Maybe it’s another one! I doubt it, just a late email. Atmos has got you covered
I guess my problem stems from trying to make sense of the SingPost tracking information. It looks kind of like this:
- Oct 7th: Received at Singapore Hub
- Oct 8th: Customs Inspection in Progress (location unspecified)
- Oct 8th: Departed from Singapore Hub for Transit to Overseas Destination
- Oct 12th: Customs Inspection in Progress (location unspecified)
- Oct 13th: Customs Release (location unspecified)
- Oct 15th: Customs Inspection in Progress (location unspecified)
And that’s the last tracking update available. (Order was placed Sept. 26th and “shipped” Oct 1st.)
I think patience would be a little easier to summon if the locations of the customs inspections weren’t left blank. For instance, if SingPost tracking indicated that the package was sitting in Los Angeles Customs for the last two weeks at least I’d know it was in the U.S.A., probably sitting in a pile of overseas packages waiting for release while this wonderful government shutdown drags on. But I don’t know because the (location) information just isn’t there.
Yes, this could indeed be related to the shutdown, or the new delivery method may not provide more details about the package’s status if it’s transiting through other countries. In any case, it’s worth checking with Reuben, as this information will be useful in the future.
Atmos also asks for similar cases so they can have more information on how parcels sent using the new system are progressing.
The last time, my package was held at customs for about two weeks. Although it was a different package, the situation is indicative. The global situation greatly impacts things like delivery, and there’s much we can’t control.
Hey there @zslane! Would you drop me a DM (here, or to team@atmosprojects.com) with your order information? We’ll take care of you and the situation!
After the tariffs / de minimis waivers hit, we switched to a new delivery service that’s faster and more reliable (no returns, no surprise tariff duties), but the solution did require some complex logistics on SingPost’s part – which might explain the lack of specific locations of where customs inspections occur. From what we understand and know, that particular step happens in a facility in CA.
For what it’s worth – we’re extremely grateful for the votes of confidence, everyone! @Shwa @Juno @Alter @firestormfirst @CannibalCricket
