how does one make string what do they use and such
If you want to start making your own string, you should pick up some polyester sewing thread. I am no string-making expert, but we have certain people on this forum which are. There is a lot of videos on youtube about string-making, but I think that our own Xela has the best one:

Just get regular polyester thread don’t use embroidery it tends to be too slick and not bind right. The best in my opinion is overlock and general use thread.
