How long does it take normal thin lube to break in? I applied half a drop into my bearing in my chief about a week ago and it is still playing quite responsive. Ive been using it about 30 mins daily on average.
Did you clean the bearing before adding lube? or did you just straight up add lube?
I just straight up lubed it. Ive had the bearing for a few months and it was getting a little loud and responsive. I was sure it wasn’t dirty though, since i had not only cleaned it a few weeks ago, but I had not really opened up the yoyo. It just needed lube 
Try cleaning it before you lube it.
