I’d recommend grabbing a set of flow groove pads for the deitz, they’re I think 3$ for 2 sets and you just pull out the old and pop in the new (clearing any remnants of the red silicone). They last forever and depending on the red silicone you’re using, give more precise binds. If the red you’re getting is in the states it’s probably the type for engine work, which I’ve personally found to wear quickly and not to have a proper feel.
Really depends on the yoyo, ones that are harder to get spinning will ware down the response faster, also depends on your throw and bind, if you bind with a lot of rpms on a yoyo still it will ware the response out way faster. If you throw really hard every time it will also ware down the response faster.
For me flowable last’s about 6 to 8 weeks if it is the only yoyo I use.
Duncan silicone pads last me close to if not more then a year if its the only yoyo I use.
I’m trying to stick to flow groove compatible yoyos for that very reason now. Are there any other yoyos besides One Drop that use Flow Grooves? And are flow grooves and Snow Tires the same size?
Hi. The snow tires aren’t the same size as the flow groove. The new toxic hazmat uses the flow groove, that’s the only one other than the current one drops I know use the flow groove, maybe anti-yo but I’m not certain.
