The easiest way for me is.
You grab the yoyo
Do a dead braintwister mount
and Pull up on ur hand releasing the loop
Ann Connolly does this too I think.
If youve noticed not even professionals like to hand start their yoyos. Ive seen many videos where when their yoyo drops dead they dont even bother hand starting it again.
For me hand starting a throw is extremely dificult so just keep practicing
