I heard there’s an assistant to the moderators position available…

Prob start by being more active and become a somewhat cornerstone for this particular community.

It’s not just about being present, it’s about being knowledgeable. A lot of the mods have been around for quite some time and know a lot about yoyos.

I was told by those in power, it depends on how much it’s worth to you. Make a contribution to the moderating team, if it’s enough your in! If not, I’m sure they will have lunch on you. :grinning:

Well, there is the Forum Experts program but I am not sure that’s being carried forward… I am also curious what happened to the old experts!

Half of them were from the very early days and had already become inactive by the time the YYE boom came around(2012ish). The other half became inactive at various times during the forum decline 2014/15-2018

I think a better goal would be to start an incline cuz even though its a little better than a few months ago, they’re still super dead compared to 2013 :joy::grimacing:

Please lay out a plan or give ideas to create an incline. I am all in to do my part. I’ve only been here 2 weeks. I have no idea…

I’ve been trying to share tutorials. And I’ve been trying to get some of the homies from r/Throwers to come hang out here.
