I’m thinking after a certain amount of time in Poland, the yoyo will be considered Polish.

I wouldn’t follow some of those steps. Vinegar (and anything else acidic) will actually tarnish the finish and make it go black. Just use any type of non-abrasive polishing compound like Flitz, brasso, turtle wax, meguiars, etc.

The ones I have personally use is Flitz and Meguiar’s Scratch-x &/or PlastiX. All three have yielded great results. Just a little dab will do’ya. Rub it on with a soft rag and rub it off with a clean area of the rag and you should be good to go.
