i can’t seem to get the beginning of it. after the trapeze, when you push your hand into it to make it rotate. the only video i could find is the one by brett grimes. he’s left handed so it makes it harder to understand (i’m a righty) does anyone have a different video?

Anyway, the motion is really similar to a braintwister, so just think brainstwister and the motion should be easier.
