Having returned from OSAKA,
I still find it hard to collect my thoughts.
I was in charge of registration and
volunteered as staff at this OSAKA World competition
When I first opened the YJYOYO shop in 2013,
I never imagined that Korean players would create a drama at the World competition.
Especially in a competition that’s been rated as the toughest in history.
Although not many in the Western sphere took notice of us,
a few fans have continued to support us.
Through this YouTube live stream, I realized that so many fans
were cheering for the Korean players. I’m truly grateful.
Going forward, we will work towards a YOYO scene full of
healthy sportsmanship, just like this year’s World yoyo contest
It’s not just about skills in the game; we’ll strive further to ensure
that the Korean players, equipped with a fantastic mindset and strong spirit,
continue to repay the support of overseas fans.
Thanks to the Korean players I’ve journeyed with,
I’ve had an unimaginably joyful experience.
Especially, a big thank you to all those who supported Nam Dong-hun,
the only YJYOYO member who made it to the finals.

Hi Jongki! Very happy to see a lot of representation from Korea this year! I have followed the Korea scene for many years and have loved to see it’s growth. Looking forward to seeing more!
I’m unfamiliar with a lot of Korean players, so it was my first time seeing Dong Young Kim play and his 3A finals routine was amazing. His original tricks were so good. I really need to go and watch some freestyles from the Korean national contest.
I was sad to not see Ryuto Nishikawa competing, he has such fun 5A tricks. Seeing him get sponsored by YJYOYO was my introduction to your brand.
I have the paranoia looping yoyo from YJYOYO. Got to say this yoyo is awesome and the 3d printing gives the yoyo a unique 2a experience (the material is lighter which makes the looping yoyo bigger if you will have the same weight).

I remember seeing a lot of Dong Yong Kim’s trickcircles on IG a few years back, always thought he was a great player with a unique playstyle. Was awesome to see him win Korean Nats and make world finals.
Oh Jiho is another great player that just got snubbed from worlds final this year. Was really surprised to see him and Alex miss finals, the level of the top 3a players has gone up a lot since 2019.
