I’ve seen anything with a 5mm ID and 11mm OD referred to as a “D” bearing. And I’ve got bearings that fit those dimensions in 3mm, 4mm, and 5mm widths.

Same. 5 mm is standard d bearing but sometimes 4 mm is referred to as a responsive or half spec (even though it’s most definitely not half but the language carries over from c bearings)
