Is the iYoyo FiRROX good for 5A?
What about bimetals in general?

I don’t think bimetals are something you want to be dropping a lot.
Because the rings could get off kilter?

Just to throw this out there, I’ve used a Bimetal Superstar for 5A before and it was incredible.
You might actually be better off trying out a Hidra for 5A, similar shape and don’t have to worry much if it drops (no rings will get dislodged). Shape is pretty much the same as the Firrox too.
