Finger dama

So I got this silly thing after waiting months for a pre order to the point I forgot about it. Kind of neat but way harder than I thought it would be

Wow, so tiny.

I got a kendama for Christmas. It’s a lot of fun, but I was lamenting that it’s not really possible to carry it around like a yoyo. This fixes that, but how transferable are the skills?

Not much outside of the ability to cup

kendama is really fun, but takes a lot of consistent practice - like yoyoing! the basics can be learned following tutorials, but i feel it’s a bit steeper learning curve than the yoyo….maybe because yoyoing has more gradual trick ladders. i’m just speculating though, and my experience. i will say my wife got better than me faster, and is definitely more consistent.

I highly recommend going through the trick tutorials by skill at sweets kendama youtube for learning!!

Oh man I really wanted one of these when I saw them. I’m imagining mixing Kendama and begleri with it. Ended up grabbing one of these mini Kroms.

I have no Kendama experience but now I want a miniature kendama

I wonder how a mini kendama would play if the ken was made of metal… Then again, the tama would probably need to be made of metal too to keep it balanced…:thinking::thinking:

Funny you should mention it. I do wish it was the size of the KROM one though.

I’m so bad at mini kendama I have a few not a metal one “yet” but I enjoy trying and I’ll eventually get better. I like small silly skill toys.
