Interesting question. My favourite Yoyos are:

Yoyojam: YYJ Speeder, YYJ Phenom, YYJ Legacy.
Yoyofactory: OG Superstar
Werrd: Irony JP11, JP12 & JPX

I think those would be my fave company from outside brands.
