SPYY Pro or OG Rockstar. Both of them are extremely stable at horizontal or vertical. The OG Rockstar (not 2012) has a weird kickback when throwing a breakaway though so you might need time to get used it.
I can’t speak for the 2012 Rockstar because I don’t have one.
