What are your favorite metal modern responsives? I saw that Doc Pop and Zipline’s new Day Tripper is dropping tonight, and wondered if it would be worth trying.

Yo the burner is also super rad, I’ve been exclusively throwing it for responsive lately. But also weekender and deep state

Theodore just joined my arsenal and I really love it. But if you’re maybe looking for something more attainable and affordable, the Weekender is just so much fun to play with.

I’m a fan of the Deep State. With a thick lubed bearing, it plays just the way I like.

Never tried a v1 moonshine. What about it makes it the #1 for you?

Shape and Snowtires, it just has a premium feel to it as well. 1/2 spec and Slick-6 and it plays with command :ok_hand:. It can break from 1A to 0A with a touch.

I have a few, including having pulled the trigger on the Day Tripper. I have the following:
One Drop Deep State
Custom Yoyos Axl Elite
Custom Yoyos reactor
YYF Confusion
Core Co Alleycat 650b
YYF x CLYW Moonshine 2

Really hard to choose a favorite as they all handle differently. I do love how snappy and predictable my Custom Axl Elite is. It’s really light, only drawback is the finish is a little sticky so tape measures aren’t ideal. The Axl Elite is what is making me excited for DocPop’s Day Tripper, something light and snappy. Unfortunately I missed out on the Weekender, a yoyo I’ll eventually scour the BST for.

I guess its confusing as only the Autumn Colorway is in stock and it has it’s own tab.
