Do the "pros" use center-trac or some kind of concave bearings?

Sure fire way if you have the bearing is to deshield it and count the balls.
If you’re ordering one, if it isn’t a one drop 10 ball bearing, it’s safe to assume that it only has 8 balls.

You gotta remove the c-clip and it’ll just come right off
