Is it possible to color my stack of 100% poly strings?

I would think RIT dye sould work, it works on foam for cases, it should work on your string.
RIT dye is a fabric dye and would be perfect for your string.

I also think that most places that sell laundry soap will have it too. That’s where I always find it.

Try near the bleach at any big box store on the top shelf. Stores usually keep RIT up high so little kids cant get their claws on it. You can pick it up for less than $2.
