Get lots of strips of paper and write down names of yo-yos you like on each of them. Put them in a hat and hope you get lucky.

UPDATE: ok now my mom says the price limit is 140$ and if the yoyo is less than that amout she’ll give me the yoyo and the rest of the money.
I say get the bassalope. Uber smooth. And with the extra money save up for another throw or get some accessories.
