I’m not sure where to post this question, but I’m taking a machine shop class and I want to make a yoyo as a project. Does anyone know where I can find a print for one? Is it possible to find one or do I need to design my own? Also I have no clue how to design a yoyo so if that’s what I have to do can someone help me? Any suggestions are helpful. If someone wants to send me their yoyo design I could try to make it.

Get some measurement tools, ie: calliper, ruler, micrometer, whatever … and then start measuring up your favourite yoyo to get a feel for size, shape and weight … go from there.
