YES!!
Machined a new hub for it (large bearing, of course!) silicone recessed and hubstacked it. After that I modified the ‘caps’ with custom delrin hubstacks so that the caps spin!

Did another one. I recessed Element X rings into this one to get some weight to it!
I machined the actual ‘wheel’ itself into the hubstack
