The bvm is pretty much out of reach for me, but i still would like to know about the peak and how it compares to the bvm. what do you like better and for what (ex. string tricks or grinds!) Also, is the peak good for 5A? Ive heard it does not live up to expectations playwise, is that true?

haha,I like BVMs a bit better.
Well both the BVM,s and the Peaks are not really a yoyo I would use for 5A.
The BVMs are a bit undersized and feel a bit on the heavy side but have a nice shape in the hand.
Plays very smooth, for some reason it hurts my hand to catch it sometimes though.
Not sure why. Haha. Awesome yoyo though, and the cool anos are amazing!
The peak is much bigger and is a bit oversized.
It feels lighter though and has a more “floaty” feel to its play.
Smooth yoyo, And they are a very sought after yoyo.
But the play doest really work for me.
Both are very good yoyo, made by an awesome company.
But out of the 2, I prefer the BVM.

I like BVM for 1A, lighter play, and quicker tricks.
Peak for 5A, 1A, heavier play, and more methodical tricks.
