hello people
im getting a shinwoo phantom
and have heard that there is a vibe problemwith them
but that buzz-on tunning it will fix it
ive searched but didnt find anything
just stuff about buzz-on yo’s
so can anyone explain?

You will never get the vibe out of a phantom. Ever. But they can still make a fun yoyo. You can remove a lot of it though.
Here is what you do. Take the cap out of one side. Make sure it’s the side with the axle and not the nut. Now mark the hex head at once of the flat sides and mark the yoyo on the same spot. Then take out the axle and turn it one spot. Reassemble and try it. Repeat till you get it as good as you can. if the one side doesn’t get it then turn the nut next. That’s about it.
i just got it and its vibe is small

Mine has the stock response and is dead unresponsive.
Your problem is in the bearing. Clean it and barely lube it.
