Bumping non-bst threads

I don’t see the point in bumping a thread that’s not BST related

I’ve been seeing this happen in the yoyo recommendations section a lot and it seems pointless to me. Same goes for the general yoyo section in my opinion. I’d rather not have to see the same thread on the front page everyday because someone has decided they need to bump it.

I have an idea from the speedsolving forums.

They have one big thread called the puzzle choice thread. If we did that here with yoyos, it would clear a lot of pointless thread.

I agree totally and often delete “bump” posts when I come across them.

Not in BST - DON’T bump it
