There must be a hole somewhere in the bag, otherwise every bug would be dead from lack of oxygen.

Not exactly true. If you look at the video, there are PLENTY of dead ones in the bag. The bag is completely sealed, I still have it, and have videos proving it’s sealed.

There was just enough oxygen for a few to still be alive.

Edit: If there were holes, air would escape when I squeeze the bag. But it doesn’t.
