I sent this @WOyoyo money 29 days ago for one of the shutters he had for sale that i was looking for for a while. Great i pay him and he says he’ll ship promptly. After 8 days he says sorry he had a busy week and will ship, ok no sweat things happen. At 16 days he says he can’t figure out how to ship internationally and will refund me. Ok whatever thanks for trying, why you selling if you can’t figure out how to ship? Finally 3 days ago after being ghosted i told him if he didn’t give me a timeline to when he will send my money back i will call him out on bst. He got back to me 2 days ago and said he would send last night, which he did not. I’m a very understanding person and I gave this guy multiple chances to just at least tell me what he is going to do about it but he is either a scammer, coward or being held hostage at the moment and can’t talk. Do not do business with this guy
