Today I’m buying a new bearing but I don’t know weater to get a kk or a center track
I really just want to know whick one helps for a better sleep time because I already know what both of them do

None. Bearings are bearings are bearings; no matter whether they are flat curved or angled.
You have a Skyline I presume?
If so, you don’t need a new bearing. You won’t notice a change in spin time with a new one, and the Skyline already spins longer than you need it to.
