Oh man the cigarette smell…when I got the yoyo I purchased from him everything including the cardboard and stuffing smelled like cigarettes it was so strong

Oh yeah, same here. Got a Banshee 22 from him and the smell knocked me back. Also, he failed to disclose the two flat spots on it as well…

I have trade and buy and sell many yoyo with Mr.Nicholas from Vargabond. Maybe $1000 worth of yoyos! No problem. And talk to him so many times, so this is really a surprise for me
Not in few months since I have been busy and not on bst >.<
hopefully this will get some sort of resolve and everybody can be satisfied. sorry this happen to some people

Vargabond/Dr. Filthy’s real name should absolutely be posted in the thread (and probably the title) so when his name pops up when they’re PayPal-ing him they can know “Oh shoot it’s that one guy”

He got smart and used his wife’s paypal I believe. I sent payment to “Heather Murphy” but his name is Zachary Smith, also think he goes by Nicholas Murphy.

Ok - I believe to be the one mentioned as selling the A-RT collection. I did sell a number of throws to him with no issue. He was prompt, courteous and civil with me. But I’m a seller.
I noted the Paypal address was different to that supplied to me, as was the email associated with that account, and my packages were shipped to the Murphy address mentioned previously.
He did speak of health issues and maybe these are now compounded with financial pressures considering how US healthcare works. Money often drives this type of poor behaviour.
Hope those waiting on yoyo’s from him get what they’re owed as soon as possible.
