just feel like chiming in, i’ve had an interaction with @Vargabond and i had to wait two days for the yoyo to ship (which isn’t bad at all) because of a pretty disastrous event, you can argue if its fake or not
and it did end up getting here

i was hoping someone who knew him in person or had contact would help confirm some stuff and get things in peoples hand.
ive had positive transaction before with him. its unfortunate it spiraled into this. if there is no contact and no confirmation of shipping stuff. its best to follow above advices and ask for refund.
my situation is a bit different since i dont know if he sent the package or not (i am using third party locker/warehouse as and address) and they dont have anything, nor can they check without tracking number. i guess its better to open a claim at least to ask for a response before escalating.
the situation is unfortunate and the condition he talked about shouldnt be this much disabling as to make him ignore contact. definitely there is more to the story but it is what it is.
To all who were bamboozled by him, found out this is his new account, he was previously Dr Filthy who was banned for being a scumbag. Good deals or not in the past, looks like he’s back scamming people

This is about my purchase, btw.
Dr. Filthy has been using medical problems as an excuse for what seems like a few years now.
If I had issues that consistently got in the way of me fulfilling my end of the deal, I would for sure not be selling anything in the first place.
While I don’t doubt that he has some medical issues, I do also know that he’s scammed WAYYY too many people for it to just be that. At the end of the day the guy is unfortunately a shitty person who has gone out of his way to scam this community (see: creating an alt to continue to scam).
@jhb8426 @vegabomb any way to ban Dr. Filthy/Vargabonds IP address entirely? And does anyone have his real name so a PSA can be put out? I can’t stand when people come into an otherwise awesome community and ruin it for a bunch of people.
I have his real name but I would advise against banning him outright, since he does seem to have some shred of credibility, and people who have ongoing deals with him (such as myself) want to see some kind of contact or anything at all if possible…
i mean, he’s already been banned on a diff account, no? i feel like ban evasion should just be an incredibly straightforward repeat ban under any circumstance
