well,b-grades arent sold in stores but you can commonly find them in BST’s. 
Besides BST’s, the main place you can buy B-Grades are at contests. Company’s that have B-Grades usually sell them personally at their own vendor tables at major contests, such as BAC, Nationals, and Worlds.
