I am a little confused on how to make a yo yo on auto desk design. Can someone design a not high quality on my account so I can play around with it?

I’m using eMachineShop however I have some issues regarding the bearing seat and response pad recess (I need measures for that part which I can’t find).
After that, time to look for a local machinist and there’s my custom yoyo 
I know you don’t have 123d, but I made a bearing seat cad design on it.
