Anyone know weight of FH1 with plastic cap swap?

Hello friends,
A pretty common mod on the FH1 AL is a plastic cap swap.
It reduces the weight significantly, only problem is I don’t have a scale.

Does anyone know the weight by any chance?
FH1 AL, large bearing fitted with stock plastic FH1 caps.

What do people think of the FH1AL, SB?

These are quickly becoming a favorite, especially with plastic caps installed. The FH1AL play smooth and modern, where the FH1ALSB plays zippy with some old school flavor. Its taken a couple of weeks to break in the Duncan pads, but I’ve been playing these a lot lately. My SBs have Dif-E-Yo KKs in them.
