I’m thinking we all need to have a big meet, grill, drink beer, throw things , then Nerf it up!

There is a local place that does deep fried pork boudin and pepper jack cheese egg rolls.

The texture, flavors, and ingenuity of the dish almost perfectly describes my areas food.

I’ve never really dabbled much with low and slow. Those look killer btw! Smoking meats ain’t no joke man! but I did get to do a 7# ribeye roast a couple weeks ago! Oh and I use a wood burning grill at my restaurant.
