Hop the yoyo up through the triangle/opening that is being created by your TH, and onto the string around your NTH thumb. Hop the yoyo onto the bottom string of the loop around your NTH pointer finger. Hop the yoyo up and down into the triangle/opening being created by your TH, swinging the yoyo up through the triangle/opening created by your NTH and back down the triangle/opening created by your TH onto the string below it(bottom string).(Twisting your NTH wrist inward to adjust the string helps center it under the triangle.) Hop the yoyo out of the mount it is in from the front(away from you) and up onto the top string of the loop around your NTH, resulting in a GT with an extra twist around the string. So, hop the yoyo out of the back(towards you) of the GT and up into the air. While the yoyo is in the air, and with the string still in both of your hands, take the string and go over and under the yoyo twice, landing in a trapeze.
The first couple of hops are pretty easy. Its that final move where you have to pass through the 2 small triangles that kills me. You need giant hands to pull it off. Or incredible skill.
It took me like 2 months to get that final hop down. And, even after having figured it out last summer, I still have trouble sometimes. My hands are just a bit too small. Really, the only advice I can give is to just keep practicing. It’ll come to you. It takes time, but it’s worth it.
Try swinging the yoyo trough the hops rather than popping it
