Hi, as you said, bad lighting, so it’s not really possible to see anything, looks fast and smooth tho.
also, close your mouth (I got the same problem) when throwing
the antipode got such a bad rap, but it’s actually an excellent throw

man it is difficult. I struggle with that myself, wondering if I should just not live with it LOL
lighting is very important for a vid, most people say/think that their vid don’t look good because of their camcorder device, but lighting is much more important.
Ideally, unless you got a VERY good (and exepensive) cam, try and record during daylight, outside, for optimal quality (and not with the sun in your back, unless you want that effect)
if you film inside, try and use a mobile light source and put it in front of you somewhere off field (is that even english?)
also, if you have 5 minutes to spare, google “rule of thirds” and read a bit about it, it’s a very basic principle in photography that is also valid in filming and will make your vids look that much better.
try using bright yellow string lol i have some xD
