first in my mind was evan evans from toxic strings, coz I remember he did anodize the first batch of summit yoyos but dunno if he accepts custom ones
BT anodizers on instagram does some cool stuff.
ashley.anodized.it on Instagram was doing some projects for OD. She does a lot of bike parts out of Colorado.
