All Time Favorite YoYo Videos?

Yall should embed these so we don’t have to leave the page.

I don’t know how to embed videos… :stuck_out_tongue:

On the video link remove the “s” from the “https” so it’s just “http”

WOW I never knew that. It worked. Thank you so much!

Someone beat me to it. that Rojas video has been a favorite of mine for some time.

Yikes! How could I forget that last one you posted with Eric Koloski. Not only is shot and put together like a pro, but the throwing Eric does is amazing. I wish contests were more geared for this kind of throwing instead of string hits. We would have more jaw dropping stuff.

Ohhh man I used to watch that 888x video over and over again years back. Those were the good days of yoyoing… so much excitement.

I always come back to this video. One of the first videos that really caught my attention. Looking at the tricks now after 4.5 years of my own work, they aren’t that impressive any more, but its still a good video.

Guy Wright is my favorite yoyoer. so this is one i always watch:

If you like Guy wright, you will totally love this! i forgot to put it in my top 3 So SMOOOOTH

Will someone please tell me how they are able to post youtube videos on yoyoexpert and have the video show up in here? Everytime I do it, it never works.

Thanks

Does anyone know the music for C3’s Prague vid?

This is epic, I need to learn that instant ping pong at 0:50 :stuck_out_tongue:

The first time i saw this was when it just came out, i stumbled upon andres tuts earlier in the summer then when i got bored one day I looked up some vids, first one I saw, got me hooked wanting a yoyo.
Also yes, that was all on a Duncan Raptor.

This is an older one but dang, got me hooked to 4A

No one should forget this piece of golden 3A

Theres a few more but these are some reasons I want to get good at all the styles.

Just delete s from https:

Note that while convenient for desktop and some Android devices, embedding doesn’t allow iOS and some Android devices to see the video at all.

If you’re going to embed, do both! Paste the link twice, and then delete the “s” from one of them. Indicating that one is just a copy of the other isn’t a bad idea, either, something like:

non-embed link: https://youtube.com/blah

Great list of videos here so far! And no surprise given the topic title.

These are 2 that come to mind. I like Ann Connolly vids since the things she does are things that my puny yoyoing mind can grasp and things that I could actually imagine myself learning, I like Alexis JV tutorials because they were always the easiest for me to follow and I like Ann, Alexis JV and Chuck videos in general because they always look like they’re having fun.

Can’t believe I forgot these!

This one has my favorite footage of competition play and really captures the intensity of the experience of being at a competition. Awesome edit as well

I really like this one because it shows how great the social aspect of going to competitions is. Harrison shows a lot of non-competition footage at the same competition as the video above, but they illustrate a different feeling of what goes on outside of just the stage. My favorite part is at 2:30, where Harrison Lee, a 14 year old amazing player, is teaching the soon-to-be world champion a new trick. It just shows that the hobby is an endless field of creativity

Thanks for making this thread and to all who have contributed to it!

Agreed! Speaking of Alexis, both of these are top-notch:
