I went to Vietnam for 2 weeks earlier this year. I took my laptop and my hard drive full of yoyo tutorial videos with me, along with a selection of yoyos, wihch included 1A, wood, 2A, 4A and 5A stuff. If I needed 3A, I had the option.
Tough to learn new stuff when you may not have access to the information.
