But then again, I’m not the expert at tattooing yo-yos. I’m just someone who is lucky enough to have one of these bad boys in his collection.

Yes, it is really inked. I’m not sure on the inks that were used, or anything else though. I just know that this is possible.
Next up will be a Glow Die-Nasty tattooed in multiple colors instead of black and gray. I can’t wait to see what Aaron comes up with. 8)
