a One Drop related question.

That’s true, and then when we use proper language for clarification, then nobody can understand anything.

At any rate, not to stir the pot, the OP seemed to lack clarity as to what their potential issue was going to be and how to best go about resolving it. This thread has gone back and forth on different tangents in a valiant attempt to ensure the question was answers no matter which way things went.

Not to sound rude, but more of us need to at least engage brain into first gear before driving fingers over the keyboard.

The confusion may be easily solved if we knew specifically what Yoyo it is.

I will see the brain doctor this week. It may need to be removed.

haha Mine too. :stuck_out_tongue:

Stripping the threads of the yoyo has nothing to do with this question, it would have been much simpler to ask if it was possible to cut a yoyo to fit side effects, and would have avoided confusion. Side effects are useful because you could just buy a new set, there’s no need to tap the side effects to a larger axle. And the question asked by the OP was very unclear, you would not be able to replace the threading in a yoyo, but you can retap the axle to a larger size though. So you would definitely not be able to replace the threading with side effects without extensive modification.

Yeah we already got it covered. :-\
