Well that is where the person who normally hosts the secret santa is doing it. Here are the options I see: either contact them directly, get Facebook, or pass on participating this year.
Yeah it’s too bad that Facebook is a requirement, I fully plan to go to my grave without any kind of Facebook account, so… oh well

Facebook is the most popular form of communication for yoyoers now, it’s no longer YYE, that’s why it’s transferred over.
