4a brain twister mount

I started 4A a day or two ago and I’m trying to learn the brain twister mount. Does anyone have any pointers or tips on it because I’m having a hard time with it right now. Thanks

I’d say for now to move on and come back to it later. But I would suggest pulling up more after throwing down. Also if you need the mount badly enough, just throw a forward pass and cross your hands.
