Reading all of the different yoyos people enjoy is very telling of what style of yoyoers we all are or at least aim to be lol. I want to love the capsuloid but I haven’t tried it but you have a much more laid-back and chill average throw than I do for instance, where like 8/10 of my yoyos are compy yoyos despite not being able to get the most out of them. Unsurprisingly, seeing a person’s taste in yoyos tells a lot about them as a yoyoer, who woulda thought?
This has been my experience with offset SS ring bimetals for the most part, they don’t have that same extreme rim weight feeling.
Thats part of why I like the netrunner and the hollow SS design element so much, it has a very similar level of agility in play to offset ring bimetals without really sacrificing stability or power.
Offset bimetals have a large diameter making them feel chunky. I really like some of them but especially the 60mm ones feel slow and floaty and clumpsy.
It is one of the best yoyos I’ve ever tried. Plays exactly like heavier and more powerful TP st. Tempest, spins forever, has that typical TP heaviness but feels very nice. I very much like its shape and dimensions. I can say it is like more modern and wider Mustang ES
