Man, I think it’s completely unfair to allow people to get more than one.

A zillion times this. I’m sure this is a fun and fruitful sale for YYE and YYF, when volume and the ability to clear stale stock help offset the low cost… But it’s not even a tiny fraction of their business for the year. They pay a Shopping Cart provider to use their service. The provider is the one who promises uptime and scalability. And when the provider fails to deliver, it’s hardly YYE’s fault.

They’re not doing this TO you.

I’ve gotten that before. You might check your account and see if you have an order number. If you do, the product should be held for you as if it were paid. Just need to contact YYE and arrange payment.

Another order complete with order number and no email. Be sure to do a print screen and save your order page if you didn’t get an email!
