YYJ Black Knight restoration

This Black Knight had possibly the worst rims a Yoyojam could have. Here are some pics before and after the polish.

That turned out quite well. Good job!

Ummm, they’re no different than any other YYJ rims that were mistreated, but nice work on refinishing them in any event.

Have you tried coating the polished aluminum rims with wax? I find it helps slow down the oxidizing because of the barrier.

I’ve tried that before, the metal doesn’t shine as much then.

Oh, I guess I just didn’t notice on mine then…

Looks so much better. The old rims looked terrible. Great job!
