I found my yoyo collection at my parents house after moving out and getting some of my things back from them but I have no idea what a couple of them are. I figured some of you guys could ID them better than I can.

Black rims looks like a Dark Magic II, and the raw rims is a Vigilante

Too wide for a dark magic II (left). I had the same thought at first, my fault for not mentioning it. The red/raw is most definitely a vigilante after looking up pics, thanks for the help on that one!

It definitely looks like a Dark Magic 2. It’s not much wider than the one shown on the left, that just doesn’t seem to have a bearing…

I’m inclined to agree with this. Throw a bearing in both and measure them.

Holy crap. I didn’t even think to check for a bearing on the one with caps. Upon realizing that you were right about the bearing I dug through my case for some bearings and found the caps. What a jackpot, both of the DM II’s are in like 9/10 condition. Thanks for your help guys!!

I just tried to find a listing of it online to see if the original price was different than a standard color and I couldn’t find anything. Do you know how rare this black rim model is?
As I recall, YYJ priced all color schemes the same. I paid the same for my blue/gold DM II as for a red one with solver rims. Same for my Blue/gold HM and my blue/gold HM X.
